Barber App
The barber shop's agenda, for the whole team.
Barber App is the shared agenda of a barber shop: the owner and the barbers book clients from the same calendar, each sees their own column for the day and gets a reminder on their phone before the client arrives, with a Call button. In Italian, Arabic and English.
What it does

Agenda per barber
The day in columns, one per barber, with a "now" line and the next client highlighted. Tap an empty slot to book there. The week view shows how full each day is.

Clients
Search a client and call them with one tap. Their card remembers the usual service, barber, last visit, no-shows, notes and photos of their cuts.

Walk-ins and waiting list
Someone comes in without an appointment? Book them now with the first free barber, or put them on the waiting list, shared by the whole shop.

Hours, breaks and reminders
Opening hours for the shop or per barber, breaks and days off nobody can book over. Each barber gets a notification before their client.

Takings for the owner
Day, week, month: total, by barber, cash and card, tips, still to collect, average ticket. Barbers only see their own.

Works offline
With no signal you still see the agenda and the clients. Bookings, check-ins and payments made offline are sent on their own as soon as the connection is back.
Who it is for
The barber shop with an owner and a few barbers that wants one agenda instead of a notebook or several phones. It is a tool for the team: clients have no account and do not book on their own, the shop books them.
How to get it
Accounts are provided by the vendor to shops that ask for them: there is no self sign-up in the app and no price list on this site. If you run a shop and want to try it, write to elnakhal.dev@gmail.com.
